18 U. S. C. 2257 CERTIFICATION

I hereby certify that, to the best of my knowledge, all websites created by MaleRock are in complete compliance with 18 U. S. C. 2257 and associated regulations.  All persons depicted on these sites were at least 18 years of age at the time of photography.

EXPLANATION

In an attempt to comply fully with 18 U. S. C. 2257 while protecting against the illegal use and theft of both pictures and label information this file has been created.  In no way am I or MaleRock attempting to get around this law but merely attempting to protect myself against theft of this information or other ramifications that may come from it.

 UNDERAGE ACCESS PROTECTION

MaleRock supports the prevention of underage access to any adult material whether intentional or by error.  For that reason the following have been done.

All sites carry the standard meta tag for child protection filtering software

All images outside the adult verified areas of my websites are censored.  This includes banners and counters as well as sample pictures.

Images on my sites are provided free however visitors must verify they are of legal age to view adult content.  I use United Gay Adult Sites to assure that they are of legal age to view adult materials.  In addition to standard AVS protection, UGAS have modified the server software to prevent external linking to the hidden URL. This results in TRUE password protected access to the adult content areas of our web sites.

We also provide links to the major Child Protection Software on each web site to make these programs easily found by parents wishing to further protect their children from viewing adult material.
